Youth cross country program for ages 8-18 focused on endurance, confidence, teamwork, and long-term athlete development.
About Our Cross Country Program
Central Valley Roadrunners Cross Country provides youth athletes ages 8-18 the opportunity to participate in organized cross country training and competition throughout the fall season.
Athletes develop endurance, mental toughness, confidence, and teamwork while training in a supportive and encouraging environment. Practices and races take place on a variety of surfaces including grass, dirt trails, parks, and cross country courses.
Whether your athlete is looking to improve fitness, prepare for school competition, or pursue personal running goals, our program is designed to support athletes of all ability levels.

Cross country is best suited for athletes who can:
- Run continuously for 10-15 minutes
